MODERN BUNGALOW XERISCAPE

For this modern desert-like bungalow, the simplest palette of grasses and succulents were selected to highlight the mature California Sycamore. A low modest wall was erected to create a private courtyard in the shade of the focal tree. The backyard features a Palo Verde tree amidst an array of low water succulents and a dry stream bed. Plant material, boulders & crushed gravel were selected to reflect the sandy gold and coppery hues of a desert landscape.
