GREEN RENOVATION

Remodeled in 2017, this Westdale-Trousdale home replaced its traditional front lawn with a large rain garden, planted with native grasses & succulents, as part of a low impact development (LID) requirement to mitigate stormwater runoff. In the back, a covered patio provides a shady spot with a pondless basalt fountain and habitat loving plants bordering an informal walkway.
